Velveteen Plush Blanket — 'Papa Legba' Caribbean Street Portrait Throw

This velveteen plush blanket holds a slice of Caribbean street life—bright skies, a red crest, and an elder walking with quiet confidence—printed in saturated color on one cozy side. It’s the kind of textile that invites you to slow down: tuck it around your shoulders on a humid evening, drape it over a chair to deepen a room’s voice, or spread it across your lap while you read stories of far-off places. The fabric is soft and substantial, warming without weight, and the image feels like a well-traveled memory stitched into the weave—an artwork you live with, not just admire. For those drawn to ritual, folklore, and the tactile warmth of heritage, this blanket whispers of outdoor markets, slow footsteps, and the steady presence of protective spirits like Papa Legba—an object that carries both color and story into daily life.
